My salesperson Justin Rodriguez was pleasant to work with and very patient throughout the process. I wasn't ready to buy for about a month after test driving the car, and Justin did not push me into making a and very patient throughout the process. During that month, he was responsive when I needed to ask him questions. We worked out a decent deal through phone and text so that the signing process at the dealership was quick. The vehicle did have quite a bit of watermarks but Justin and his manager Mike "MJ" made sure that I was taken care of and set up a time to get it detailed again. Both of them followed up after purchase to make sure that I was fully satisfied. This is my first Hyundai and South Bay Hyundai did a great job providing a good first impression and customer service throughout. More
