**Review Title: Misleading and Dishonest Dealership* I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Fletcher Jones Motorsport MB. I purchased a vehicle that was advertised as being in excellent con recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Fletcher Jones Motorsport MB. I purchased a vehicle that was advertised as being in excellent condition, but it quickly became apparent that this was far from the truth. Firstly, the dealership assured me that the car had a clean history with no accidents. However, after not being able to charge the car we discovered that the car had been excluded from charging due to it having a junk title. I discovered that the vehicle had been issued a junk/salvage title after our purchase. The vehicle history report I obtained independently confirmed. When I spoke to management, they were unhelpful and dismissive, making the entire experience even more frustrating. Overall, my experience with Fletcher Jones MB has been nothing short of a nightmare. I feel deceived and taken advantage of. I strongly advise others to avoid this dealership and look elsewhere for an honest and reliable car-buying experience. More

I was originally going for a service A, but on the way to the dealership on off the belts broke which resulted in me having to call roadside assistance. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at any Mercedes dealership and I will continue to return for service as well as for my next purchase within the next 6 months! More

Above + Beyond! I live in Palm Springs and compared pricing and services with the local dealership and Fletcher was BY FAR the better option. My 50k experience I just have my 50K service back in November. After driving 199 miles, now out of my factory warranty my engine light came on (saying pull over, stop v I just have my 50K service back in November. After driving 199 miles, now out of my factory warranty my engine light came on (saying pull over, stop vehicle and keep engine running).
