BUYER BEWARE. I purchased a new Escaldae over the phone. Literally wired the full purchase price and paid in full. Paid for Tag and Title. Nearly Three months late I purchased a new Escaldae over the phone. Literally wired the full purchase price and paid in full. Paid for Tag and Title. Nearly Three months later, i do not have a Tag. Mr. Justin Perlino's response to my numerous requests for help is to blow me off and tell me to "contact the DMV". I paid dealers fees and Jim Ellis for this service. BEWARE, when considering this dealership. I have a $114K escalade with an Expired Temporary Tag and NO SUPPORT from Jim Ellis et al. THIS COULD HAPPEN TO YOU. There is no post sale support. They smile, take your money and then tell you to F*** Off. More

I’m writing this review after an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Jim Ellis Cadillac of Atlanta. I expected a professional, straightforward transaction, but instead, I’ve been met w and disappointing experience with Jim Ellis Cadillac of Atlanta. I expected a professional, straightforward transaction, but instead, I’ve been met with evasive behavior and unresolved issues for months. Full Payment Made, No Vehicle Delivered On August 14, 2024, I provided full payment for a 2023 Lamborghini Urus (VIN: ZPBUB3ZL0PLA27551) through a Certified Funds Note, compliant with all legal requirements under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). Despite this, Jim Ellis Cadillac has failed to deliver the vehicle and has provided no valid reason for withholding it. Customer Service Failure Multiple attempts to resolve this amicably have been ignored. I’ve sent formal notices and requests for written explanations via certified mail, and while they received these notices, they simply haven’t responded. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable for any business, let alone one dealing in high-value transactions. Breach of Trust and Legal Obligations Even more concerning is the fact that the vehicle is still listed for sale on their website, despite my full payment being tendered months ago. This indicates a serious breach of contract and possibly conversion of property. It’s troubling that Jim Ellis Cadillac would engage in such behavior, leaving a paying customer without any resolution for nearly three months. Conclusion: I would strongly advise potential customers to reconsider doing business with this dealership. They have displayed an alarming disregard for legal obligations, customer satisfaction, and basic professionalism. I will be pursuing legal action to resolve this matter, and I hope others are spared from similar treatment. Avoid Jim Ellis Cadillac unless you're willing to risk delays, poor service, and serious legal issues. More

I purchased a vehicle here on 3-14-24. I drove from SC 3 hrs to pick the vehicle up on the 15th and there were some things wrong with the vehicle. Justin (the car salesman) assured me that I drove from SC 3 hrs to pick the vehicle up on the 15th and there were some things wrong with the vehicle. Justin (the car salesman) assured me that they would be corrected- The vehicle would be delivered to me on the 17th, my GM points reimbursed to me (since the paperwork was already completed and not applied), and tags would be mailed to my house. After two months, two temporary tags and still no reimbursement or tag, I went to the SC DMV and learned that I would have to fill out paperwork, go to the tax office and go pick up the tag myself (which they informed me happens a lot when purchasing a vehicle in GA.) I have no problem with the extra time, effort or money this took. I do have problems with being lied to by Justin repetitively though. I then called to speak with the GM, Jamie on 5/31/24. He told me he would look into my files and call me back from his personal cell phone number and let me know what was going on. We spoke for less than 5 minutes. He had someone names Melissa call to explain that SC is a title only state. After asking if I would like to speak to anyone else (who else would I speak to if not the general manager himself, who did not return my call as he said he would)?, I told her no, I would be writing an online review. Suddenly, Jamie called from his cellphone and left a voicemail stating that he was about to have Melissa call and explain the tag/title process to me and to please call him if I had any other concerns. Now we're insulting my intelligence and trying to cover our tails... the call logs prove that. My concerns are that after spending six figures on a car, no one feels any responsibility for customer satisfaction/complaints or upholding the end of their verbal agreements. I had a witness with me for the signing of the paperwork and the promises made by Justin. I recently took my vehicle into Augusta, GA for service and realized I also had an air conditioner hose leaking and the shaking tire issue was a result of needing an alignment and balancing (which Justin said would be fixed before delivery.) I would never do business here again. More

I dreaded having to shop for a new car after 24 years with the same ride. Justin Perlino changed my mind. Communication was quick and responsive and done, for the most part, online or over the phone. with the same ride. Justin Perlino changed my mind. They had the Lyriq I wanted in the color I preferred and even found some additional discounts I was eligible for. This was NOT the experience I had at other dealerships in the Atlanta area. More

Don’t hesitate to work with Justin and Jim Ellis. We hate the process of buying vehicles, the high pressure sales dance is exhausting. Justin, met my husband at the end of the work day to show him the vehicle we had found on their website. No expectations or pressure that evening during the test drive. He answered the rest of our questions by phone or text and we finalized the purchase electronically four days later. The truck was delivered to our home. We felt like their most important customers. Easiest vehicle purchase we have ever made. We already know where we will buy our next vehicle and who we will work..Justin.. hands down. More
