Completely impressed with this dealership I run hotshot all over the country. Came through the snow storm in st Louis. Missed things on vehicle service. Didnt top off fluids and never checked tires like listed on their checklist. Don’t Trust their estimat My husband bought in his Chrysler 300 to fix his muffler, Justin called and said that it couldn’t be fix he would have to get a whole new... price $17 My husband bought in his Chrysler 300 to fix his muffler, Justin called and said that it couldn’t be fix he would have to get a whole new... price $1700... I said let’s get an second estimate... took it to big O , they said he doesn’t need a new muffler b/c they can sand both end and put a new piece in, only cost $93.00... the car sounds like new... Do not trust common wealth dodge mechanics, they are lazy and will try to ripe you off. More

Awesome Everyone is great the mechanic was also great. He took time checking out the seatbelt on the passenger side. Than came to us in the waiting room talk to us about it and when we explain more about it he took the time and listen to what we were saying. Check it out more and ordered the part. Than we ask if he could check out something else real quick and by my surprise he say not a problem and so he did. We been having a great experience at this dealership More

Lazy, incompetent, dishonest and no respect for the customer Well Monday may 7 I go to outside at 530am to go to work and my 2011 dodge Durango had been stolen. So needless to say my day wasn't starting off very Well Monday may 7 I go to outside at 530am to go to work and my 2011 dodge Durango had been stolen. So needless to say my day wasn't starting off very good. Well about 4 hours later I recieved a call from lmpd saying they found it. So I immediately call commonwealth dodge so I could get a new key. The guy on the phone tells me sure bring it in and it should only take about 30mins. So I get my truck towed there and go to the service department to find out they don't even have a key! The dude on the phone tells me to bring it there without even checking if they have one. Who does that? So they call around and say there's one at another dealer. Now if I knew that I would've just went there if he did his job. So there was a problem with getting a pin for the new key which I didn't have a problem with. That was something nobody could have foreseen. So about 430 that day I call and they tell me that they have the pin. So I'm thinking I can pick it up by 5 when they close. Nope! He tells me that the techs are fine for the day. No it's because you still don't have a key! Well the guy on the phone says that it'll be done first thing in the morning around 10. So I hear nothing by 11am Tuesday the 8th . So I call at 1130am sat on hold for 7mins for them to tell me that they still don't have the key. So finally about 230pm they call and say that it's ready. So because of the lazy, incompetent, dishonest service department a job that they told me would only take 30mins turns into almost 2days and $800 off my paycheck. I still have recalls that need to be done on my truck and I will drive to another state before I go to these people ever! More

Transmission I had a defective designed transmission which was replaced before warranty was up then transmission went out again after warranty was up and Commonwe I had a defective designed transmission which was replaced before warranty was up then transmission went out again after warranty was up and Commonwealth Dodge service Center was generous enough to work with me and customer service to make sure that I the customer and my vehicle were taken care of More

Great service and customer service. I would recommend Commonwealth Dodge to anyone. Taylor and Justin in service are top notch with customer service.
