NEW GIRL ON DECK I have been coming to Cronin Ford since 2012, when I bought my new car. I have dealt with most of the customer service people (men) in the service department, who all do a good job. I was surprised to see a very nice woman in the service department. She knew her stuff, and was extremely positive and friendly. Her customer service skills were GREAT. She showed me what was wrong with my brakes, and used a prop to show me and explained why I should get new back brakes as soon as possible. I have worked in customer service for 30 years, and straight commission sales for 10 years. I was sales manager for 4 years. If I was still in sales, I would have tried to steal Vanessa from you. That's how good she really is. I look forward to coming back to Cronin Ford, just to watch her in action. You have a Great asset in Vanessa. Hold on to her. Also, her name is not listed below. After looking for weeks for a new truck only to find that Cronin had exactly what we were looking for so we figured we'd give them another chance. I can honestly say we were very hesitant but Cory Burgin and the entire Cronin Ford staff made it one of the most pleasant buying experiences we've ever had.
