The salesperson we worked with was Mychal, and he was very personable. We visited twice as we were trying to decide which vehicle to purchase, and he was very patient with us. My wife and I had been trying to find the right new SUV for us for a while. After a lot of research we decided on a Mazda. Either the CX-5 or the CX-50. The customer service we were given by Ken as well as the Finance Director Josh was incredible. Not only did Ken take ample time to go over every option and difference in the 2 we were interested in his patience level with us while we went back n forth and waited on funds is so appreciated. We could not have had a better experience. We are so proud to be the new owners of a Mazda CX-50 and are so grateful to Ken, Josh and Justin for making it happen for us. More
