Mark Casey is very rude. "If" I have no other choice for service, he will never be allowed to handle my needs. It's so much easier and pleasant dealing with Stingray in Tamp "If" I have no other choice for service, he will never be allowed to handle my needs. It's so much easier and pleasant dealing with Stingray in Tampa. Absolutely no comparison. While I was waiting he coldly ask another new arrival, "what do you need." He was so rude, they left. I was the stupid one that stayed. Even when he'd pass me in the waiting area, I was lucky to get a grunt out of him. He is definitely hurting your business, getting you low scores on surveys, and losing several customers on the spot or preventing them from coming again. As a prior leader myself, I would immediately confront his behavior. If he's been counseled before, then coach him out. I'm confident you aren't this desperate for service employees. Justin Lawson on the other hand is exceptional. More

Misdiagnosed antilock brake warning as new battery needed. Replaced one-year-old battery for a few hundred dollars. Still getting Onstar warning. Waste of my money. Misdiagnosed frequent rear air needed. Replaced one-year-old battery for a few hundred dollars. Still getting Onstar warning. Waste of my money. Misdiagnosed frequent rear air shock pump running as normal. This is NOT normal. Need to fix probable leak in an air shock. More

Got my car in for service they started working on it right away. Got in and out in under an hour. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
