He has a no pressure style that created a friendly, calm environment. I never felt obligated, pressured, or annoyed. Trust me, this meant a lot as I have walked out of other dealerships due to heavy pressure, lies, and tricky sales tactics. Justin helped me find that car that I wanted with all of the bells and whistles. He never pressured me to spend more. He presented the options and let me make the decision that would be best for me financially. He actually encouraged me to "buy down" so I could be within my budget. You don't find this very often. My first car buying experience was smooth and effortless and I couldn't be happier. I love my Journey as it gives me the option to have 7 passengers, or put the back seats down flat to fill it with shopping bags! Actually, I've had everything from lumber and stone to groceries in the back end. The media package gets a lot of use from my nieces and nephews. I love my backup camera, hidden storage (which I use on a daily basis), ability to cool a drink in my dash, and the temperature controls. I traded in a Audi for this car and haven't looked back.
