Recently purchased my Tacoma from Jordi and I’m happy I went to them for it. From the beginning the sales manager Jake was straight forward and my expectations were met when I got there. No surprises from the sale and even when I was concerned about a potential problem after the sale, they stood by it and the service manager Justin took care of me. Sassan was also fair to me after I decided to get an extended coverage so overall I had a good experience. More

I brought my car in with some serious issues. Technician handled recalls, engine replacement, and warranty coverage perfectly. Jasmine and Justin took great care of me on the front end. They sold me a lemon. I have had continued problems with a “CPO” 2020 Acadia, the car would literally shut down in traffic and be dead without warning , completely unable I have had continued problems with a “CPO” 2020 Acadia, the car would literally shut down in traffic and be dead without warning , completely unable to start again. I’ve been emergency towed out of traffic 5 times. Each time the service department “fixed it”, lo and behold within a month the thing would die in traffic AGAIN. After multiple attempts to rectify the issue with no results, I just sold the car to get rid of the headache. Trash dealer, trash service department, unreliable product, AVOID AT ALL COST. More
