Great interest rates right now, great deals and I could become a NEW FORD owner!! He refered me to Mark Lindenhauer in Sales, who was incredibly thorough, patient and helpful as I walked through the process of selecting my car. Ken Emrick in Finance so efficiently processed all the paperwork for my loan and even called me yesterday to let me know he was able to secure a rebate on my GAP insurance from the Nissan. I also received a wonderful follow-up phone call from Justin Jacobs offering any support I might need on my new sync system. VERY personal touches from the entire staff I dealt with. Larry Taylor even stopped to greet us and make sure we were well taken care of. I am proud to now be a FORD owner and so glad Beau Townsend Ford is close to my home. I was disappointed with the price offered for my trade in. Your website lists a link to the Kelley Blue Book, and an email arrives with the pricing that shoudl be offered from a dealer. Your dealership offered me over $1600 less than the lowest number to be offered from a dealer. I was not very happy with this scenario, but after reaching an agreement, we found a happy medium. I was very turned off by the initital offer though. More

I sent requests to 6 different dealers and three sent me MSRP's (not what I asked for) Not one person made the sale but as a team they were successfull. Beau townsend was not the best price but had what I wanted. More
