For the attn of the Service Manager/Director. This makes the FOURTH car we've bought from them, and we won't be back for another. When we bought this from Justin (who we had no problem with), we had no problems and as usual we bought a $969 extended warranty. We recently tried to get repair work done on the dent warranty and got the total run around. After leaving messages for 2 days my husband (who was in the business himself for over 25+ years) he finally went up there and was given the name and phone number of the company. Today we called the owner of the company who explained that he was very sorry but the dealership has to call, make a claim, at which point they make an appt to have the work done. This service department is ridiculous, from simple oil changes to tire rotations, they are unable to perform the simplest of work. Don't sell something you haven't trained your staff how to do a simple claim on, now we have to wait 3 months to have the a/C fixed on our veloster N. Ridiculous More
