Promotion from within! Excellent!! Much better working relationship with sales after-the-Sale services and the service department! Very noticeable to a long time customer l Excellent!! They also seemingly handled Covid and turnover well ! The core group has changed But….they seem to be continuing to add to the core group! The renovation of the service department… well that just speaks for itself!! I was carrying debt from lease to lease… They Refused to let me purchase until my lease ran out! They said it wasn’t Happening! Go buy it somewhere else!! They seemingly deal with their problems in balance! They appear to be more focused on their workers than a decade before! Why perfection in not on anyone’s table, I’m perceiving their upside definitely exceeds their downside. That’s a major reason.. not the only reason… I’M STILL THERE!! More

Do not. .. and I mean DO NOT buy/lease/or even think about dealing with Paragon Acura. I'll start off by saying to avoid working with Luis. If you throw him a .. and I mean DO NOT buy/lease/or even think about dealing with Paragon Acura. I'll start off by saying to avoid working with Luis. If you throw him an offer, he'll storm off, complain, and then get mad at you that he'll get "fired" for offering a number that isn't in their ballpark. This is the kind of dealership that came out running while I was halfway in the street because they couldn't afford to lose a sale after I walked away. They will scam you to no end and do the bare minimum to prepare a CPO car for you. I purchased a 2022 MDX ASPEC from them, CPO, and since the day I drove it off the lot, issues beyond issues have come up. The car was sold to me completely out of alignment, two bent rims, 0 antifreeze in the reservoir, worn front and rear brakes etc. just to name a few things. MAKE SURE you test drive their cars on the highway as their test drive route around the block does not allow you to feel or see any potential issues. I have been horsed around by Paragon Acura, having to go back and forth and fighting for an alignment and to fix other ongoing issues. I recently found out that two of my rims are bent due to the previous owner hitting a curb. The CARFAX states that they had fixed the wheels, but clearly they're still bent according to my mechanic and due to heavy vibrations on the highway. I was denied new rims and basically told that its my problem as they claimed that the car passed inspection... Clearly a High Volume dealership means they don't care about their vehicles. You guys need to step your game up. It's embarrassing that you guys can even call yourselves a dealership. They are not customer-focused nor do they put the customer first. Buyers BEWARE... there are better options/dealerships elsewhere that won't screw you. Don't be fooled. More

I did purchase a certified 23 MDX advance and did everything on phone trusting dealership. I was delivered car at my home and then the problem started. 1. Gas mileage 2. Rear passenger tire losing ai everything on phone trusting dealership. I was delivered car at my home and then the problem started. 1. Gas mileage 2. Rear passenger tire losing air, some of the functions not working smooth. Ended up replacing tire at different dealership near my home, still mileage is an issue. To be honest not that happy with this purchase, I wish I could have done at dealership instead of doing over phone. More
