A pleasure from start to finish! Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown jumped ahead of the competition (ahem - BMW and Audi dealers elsewhere) right from the start when Rob Edmonds responded to Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown jumped ahead of the competition (ahem - BMW and Audi dealers elsewhere) right from the start when Rob Edmonds responded to my e-mail within five minutes. (It's worth noting that it is now five months after I first made contact and, although I made other arrangements with the other dealers, Rob remains the ONLY one to have responded to my e-mail!) Rob was conscientious and responsive from the beginning, as well as polite and charming. We had a lovely test drive of a GLC300 at the appointed time, and I made my decision not long after. Rob worked hard to find me a car with everything I wanted, but I decided to order one instead. He took to heart my request that most of our communication be through e-mail as I frequently work alone and phone calls have a tendency to be either cut short, or extended excessively while I deal with work - I have sales people at work with whom I've been dealing for years who can't seem to get that simple fact through their heads, so I really appreciated Rob's quick pick up on it! Rob kept in touch with me throughout the wait while my car was being assembled and shipped, and when it arrived minus a couple of the options I had requested, he and GM Justin Harbert did everything they could to keep me happy. I opted to take the car as it was rather than wait another three months for a new one to be built, and the experience I had when I went to finalize the sale and pick up the car just put the icing on the cake. Silk, chocolate, and sleek design! My car was hidden under silk for me to unveil, I was presented with a block of chocolate emblazoned with a line drawing of the dealership, and my keys were in a sleek box. Rob and I went through everything, I was introduced to Adam Himmelwright, who would lead my service team, and then I was passed off to the charming Tony Mills for finalizing the sale. At the last minute I opted for a couple of dealer add-ons, so a few days after I had brought my car home, one of the service guys (I'm sorry that I didn't get his name) drove the hour from the dealership to my work, picked up my car and left me a loaner, took my car an hour back and installed the add-ons, then brought it an hour back again the same evening, presenting me with my finished car (which had been washed and cleaned again) as well as a couple of chocolate biscuits. This is my first luxury car, so maybe this is par for the course, but I don't think so. Rob, and every one else at Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown, really went above and beyond for me. More

GLC300 4MATIC I could not believe it was time to turn in my lease on the GLA250. I was a bit overwhelmed at first because I had so many options. But Mike Lavrenchik I could not believe it was time to turn in my lease on the GLA250. I was a bit overwhelmed at first because I had so many options. But Mike Lavrenchik worked very hard to find me the right SUV. He was extremely patient with me as he reviewed the various options and all of what they had to offer; including going out in the pouring rain to pull up the SUV's side by side - I mean, who does that with a smile on their face?! This is the second Mercedes I have bought/leased from them. I would not go anywhere else! Shoutout to Tony, Austin, & Justin as well! Tony made the finance process extremely easy!!! I was in and out of his office in less than 15 minutes!!! Tony made sure to review all of the options, but was not pushy whatsoever, either! Austin, the sales manager went above and beyond for me as well!! He truly cares about his customers, and I cannot thank him enough for all the hard work he did to make sure I got the exact color I wanted! And finally, thanks to the GM Justin! Justin is extremely nice, and I really appreciated that he personally took the time to say hello, and made sure I got the SUV I was looking for! All in all, if you want an effortless, and fun experience then MB of Hagerstown is the place to go! Everyone is very friendly, and I have always had a pleasurable experience! Thanks, guys! More

My ML was a perfectly good car and I was happy with it, but I fell in l One day I took my 2005 ML 350 into Mercedes-Benz Hagerstown for maintenance... My ML was a perfectly good car and I was happy with it, but I fell in love with the loaner! I am a safety nut so it wasn't difficult to see it might be time for a new car. Over the next several days I did a lot of online shopping and talking to Kyle Swanson, who quickly found me the perfect C Class 300. I never felt pressure to do anything. When Kyle had to go out of town unexpectedly, this dealership didn't miss a beat. I witnessed first hand a team working together as they hustled to make my experience nothing less than totally satisfactory. I believe I met and talked to nearly everyone before I left! Kyle was back the day I picked up my new car. I wouldn't have believed it but I think his smile was bigger than mine and that was worth seeing! I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership; super nice people that are fun too. Gotta love that! More
