We scheduled an appointment to pick up the car but after all the business was done they said it would take another hour to have the inspection done. And they included the price of the inspection in the sales contract!!!! More

The whole experience was as relaxing as it can get for a car purchase. No hard sale. The vehicle we purchased was used with some minor issues but Justin assured us he would make sure to have those things repaired. He lived up to his word and we couldn't be happier. Jared in finance was also great. He took us through the finance process, showed us some options and was very knowledgeable explaining everything and answering all our questions. When we had to drop our vehicle off a few days later to have it serviced we were given a loaner car for the day. That type of service is personal and that's what makes all the difference. Overall, if I was to guide anyone in their next car purchase I would highly recommend they go to Falmouth Toyota. More
