During the purchase, they tried to include a very expensive service—described as an equipment charge—without clearly explaining or discussing it in advance. Despite being told multiple times that reimbursement for an auto inspection I paid for would be issued, more than 5 months have passed with no resolution. I followed up repeatedly via phone and email with both Chuck and Justin and was consistently told the reimbursement was approved and being handled, yet no action was ever taken. Do not accept their auto inspection fee, they’ll be 10-15 people in front of you waiting for their inspection. Their lack of follow-through is concerning and raises questions about how many other customers have been similarly affected. I was promised a specific pickup time, yet the car was still not ready upon my arrival. To make matters worse, I was sent home with the vehicle without any of the purchase paperwork, and never actually received all of the paperwork, leaving the process feeling chaotic and totally unprofessional. Overall, my experience was disorganized and misleading. I would hope the dealership improves its communication and honors the commitments it makes to customers. Cannot Recommend Nucar Hyundai of Norwood, MA. Very disappointed with my experience at this dealership. During the purchase process, they attempted to add a clear-coat paint service ($900+ call Very disappointed with my experience at this dealership. During the purchase process, they attempted to add a clear-coat paint service ($900+ calling it some kind of equipment charge) to the price of the vehicle without clearly discussing it beforehand. I was promised my car would be ready for pickup at a specific time, yet it still wasn’t ready when I arrived. I was also sent home with the car but without any of the purchase paperwork, which was frustrating and made the whole transaction feel completely unorganized. In addition, I was told multiple times that I would be reimbursed for an auto inspection I paid for but did not receive from Nucar. I was always pleasant when speaking with them, yet it has now been over three months, and despite repeated follow-ups (calls and emails) with the sales person (Chuck) and manager (Justin), I still have not received the reimbursement. Each time I called, I was told it was approved and being taken care of and that if there was any issues they would contact me, but nothing has ever happened. My question is, how many more people have they failed to reimburse. Overall, my experience felt disorganized and misleading. I would hope that the dealership improves its communications and follows through on the commitments they make to customers. With that said, they have no credibility with me, I cannot in good faith recommend this dealership. More
