My name is Justin Grant and this is my first job in the automobile indusrty. I was lucky to land a job at Subaru of Wakefield where the customer satisfaction takes a presidente over everything else. I have been with them now for 5 years and I am a proud owner of a Subaru Impreza that I purchased at Subaru of Wakefield before I started working there. I treat my customers the way I wanted to be treated when I was on the buying end of things. When you ask for me you will get nothing but a honest and straight forward offer.

Subaru of Wakefield and Justin were extremely helpful in assisting my fiance and I locate and purchase our new 2013 Impreza. With the new Impreza's being high in demand, finding the exact one that we wanted assisting my fiance and I locate and purchase our new 2013 Impreza. With the new Impreza's being high in demand, finding the exact one that we wanted took a bit of work and originally seemed like a daunting task. Justin was very patient and willing to work with us on placing a new factory order and work with other dealers in the area to help us get exactly what we wanted, instead of pressuring us to just take one off the lot for a quick sale. Justin was able to help us locate the exact car that we wanted way ahead of schedule, so needless to say we are quite pleased with our new Impreza and with the quality of service @ Subaru of Wakefield. In the end, he reviewed all of the features in the car from hood to hatch, to make sure knew everything about the car, and had everything that we needed. This is a great, friendly, low pressure dealership - If any of my friends are in the market for a Subaru I would definitely recommend Justin, and Subaru of Wakefield to them! - Tim More

After visiting some much larger car dealerships and finding the salespeople were not very attentive, it was nice to come here and get some real help. Justin Grant worked with me to find the car I was looking for. He was extremely knowledgable about this car, and went out of his way to ensure that i had a great experience at this dealership. I would definately come here again to make a purchase, and will be reccomending this dealership to my family and friends in the future. I will be telling them all to speak with Justin Grant. More

I was pleasantly greeted by Justin Grant who then presented me the various Pre-Owned vehicles I was inquiring about. After reviewing the vehicles and taking one for a test ride that was of strong in presented me the various Pre-Owned vehicles I was inquiring about. After reviewing the vehicles and taking one for a test ride that was of strong interest to me, I decided to make my purchase with Justin. He provided a "no stress" sales experience and excellent customer service. As the professional that he is, he has also followed up with me twice since the purchase just 3 months ago to ensure everything has been going well. You don't get that type of service from any car dealership nowadays. In closing, I would certainly recommend others to give Subaru of Wakefield a visit for their next vehicle. I was planning on buying a Subaru and shopping at a few different Subaru dealerships in the area. My first visit was to Subaru of Wakefield where Justin helped me out looking at both new and used Imprezas different Subaru dealerships in the area. After he worked with me for some time, drawing up different scenarios and test driving a couple of different cars, I decided it wasn't necessary to check out any other dealerships, as I wanted to buy my car from Justin. He's a friendly guy with a lot of helpful anecdotes about Subaru owners he knows (including himself) that make you comfortable buying a new or used car from them. Also, he makes it pretty clear that he's willing to do whatever it takes to make his customers happy. Just picked up the car today and I'm quite pleased with the car-buying experience as a whole. More

I found a 2009 Subaru Outback online that Wakefield of Subaru had posted. The price seemed right so my wife and I went to the dealership for a test drive. Justin introduced himself to us right away, whi Subaru had posted. The price seemed right so my wife and I went to the dealership for a test drive. Justin introduced himself to us right away, which is an experience we did not find at another local Subaru dealership. We asked Justin about the Outback we saw online, and he immediately showed us the vehicle. He took us for a test drive, asked us if we had any questions, and told us a boat load about Subaru in general, and the vehicle that we were driving. He also took the time to show us a 2010 model and explain the differences between the model years. We could tell that Justin was not just a salesman, but a Subaru enthusiast! Justin knows a lot about Subaru and is a straight-forward, no-bs guy. Thanks to Justin and Subaru of Wakefield, my car buying experience was a pleasure! More

The last time I purchased a car, this was exactly how I felt (previous car was not purchased at Subaru of Wakefield). This experience was the polar opposite. Justin was helpful, informative, and did not once make myself or my husband feel pressured to buy the Outback we were looking at. Once we did decide to buy the car, Justin was very thorough in going over buying vs. leasing (we weren't sure which way we wanted to go). He clearly laid out both options, and once again, did not push us in either direction. Signing the paperwork was easy and hassle free, as was picking up the car. He even called to follow up on programming the blue tooth. Overall we had a great experience. I would recommend both Justin and Subaru of Wakefield to any friends or family purchasing a Subaru. More

There was no haggling or hidden discussion points and based on the online research I did coupled with the further discussions I had with Justin my new car sale went as good as I could have expected. Justin was as diligent days (1 week +) after the sale with follow-up inquiries to how I was doing with the new car and to assist with any questions I may have had in general. Our salesperson was Justin Grant. He was very friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable, and NOT pushy! He even picked me up at my house to take me to pick up our new (used) car, as my husband was out of town. I helpful, & knowledgeable, and NOT pushy!
