I am very up set with my last 3 Appointments 2 State Inspections and when I bought my 4 New tires ! 1st Inspection they make me put New Wiper Blades whennI didnt need then ! I keep a Spare pair in my Je Inspections and when I bought my 4 New tires ! 1st Inspection they make me put New Wiper Blades whennI didnt need then ! I keep a Spare pair in my Jeep so I put on so they would put the Sticker then 1 Block down the Road I pull over and put my old ones back which this Inspection they PASSED ! WHAT IS UP WITH THAT ! Plus they Charged me to Rotate my Tires which is Wrong I bouth the Tires ! There anywhere else I but tires they Rotate for FREE ! And when I bought the Tires they make me replace all 20 of my Lig Nuts which is Seriously Wrong ! Ive been driving for 50 years in Over 30 Different Vehicle and never once have I had to replace my Lug nuts ! Im Seriously every Dissatisfied! I first few Appointments I told everyone U were the Best now u are the worst !! More

Spitzer dealership was $1,000 less than Diehl dealership. Not sure how two certified jeep service dealers can be $1,000 apart in a repair. Our rear differential was cracked (A KNOWN PROBLEM) but Diehl’s wou Not sure how two certified jeep service dealers can be $1,000 apart in a repair. Our rear differential was cracked (A KNOWN PROBLEM) but Diehl’s would not give us a goodwill warranty (even after quoting us $1,000 more for the SAME repair). This left a bad taste in our mouths which is really sad because this is the fifth jeep that we bought. We buy all our vehicles brand new. So much for customer loyalty so we went out and bought a Honda Passport (Blackout addition) for $56,000 and we paid CASH. We believe Jeep doesn’t want our business and will be sure to spread the word. I’d give Justin Gerg a raise at Spitzer’s. He was very kind and good to deal with. More
