Do not buy a car from this dealership. My husband and I bought a car with a "clean inspection" and within 2 months we had to put over $1,500 into it from repairs their "inspection" missed My husband and I bought a car with a "clean inspection" and within 2 months we had to put over $1,500 into it from repairs their "inspection" missed. Once confronted they made even more repairs included fixing brakes that they had supposedly just replaced but refused to reimburse the $1,500 worth of repair that had to be made. An outside mechanic that fixed the car told us that there was no way the car should have passed inspection. Everyone was very dismissive towards us and kept saying "they can't see into the future" even though the parts were so rusty that they snapped backing out of a parking spot. Save yourself and go to a different dealership. They are not to be trusted. More

Don't go here! They damage your vehicle and don't want to correct it. The service manager nor Dusty return calls. Don't forget to thank them. I gave this dealership a second chance. The first time I tried to buy a car from them several years ago, I walked around for 45 minutes inside and out I gave this dealership a second chance. The first time I tried to buy a car from them several years ago, I walked around for 45 minutes inside and out and no one asked me if I needed any help. So I went to a different dealership. This time, I had two people ask me if I needed help. So it was better. However, that is all that was better. The salesman acted like he couldn't care less if I bought a car and at the end he acted like I had done him a favor. It's fine if he doesn't care but he should at least try and act like he does. Buying a car is a big deal. I should feel excited and happy about my new car, and I don't because of a lack customer service. I know I may be asking for a lot but it would be nice to be walked to the door and I also want to be thanked. I am writing this today because I hope someone will read it before I pick up my car on Monday. This dealership and the salesman has a third chance. More

Waste of Time I drove an 1: 40 minutes to test drive and purchase an X3. I made an appointment to test drive and purchase the vehicle. I came in from my test drive I drove an 1: 40 minutes to test drive and purchase an X3. I made an appointment to test drive and purchase the vehicle. I came in from my test drive and said I'm ready to buy it. The sales person said the banks are closed. I said that's fine I'll just pay for the car. He then said I don't have people here to process you. He made an appointment for us to return the next day and asked for a deposit. On my long drive home I decided not to return. Messaged the dealership. No response! Wish I could leave 0 stars for their terrible customer service. More

Not Going Back... Ever I came here with my brother in law on a Wednesday like 2-3 weeks ago. I was on PTO to shop for an X5 that he wanted to buy and I was the translator. T I came here with my brother in law on a Wednesday like 2-3 weeks ago. I was on PTO to shop for an X5 that he wanted to buy and I was the translator. This dealer (sales rep Justin Fagan to be precise) treat you like trash. I think it was because I just woke up and put on a jacket over my house clothes because my brother in law asked to go in a rush. His wanted to see his options and this sales rep didn’t even want to give any number. We should’ve went somewhere else instead of wasting our time here. Today, we had to rush and buy an used 5series just to get a car for him since his lease ended. Now he plans to buy the new x5 model when the new model comes out in 2018. But yeah, he is not going to come back here. More

their word means nothing, very bad experience I found a used 3 series listed online for sale through this dealer, I contacted the dealer and they confirmed they still have that particular car for I found a used 3 series listed online for sale through this dealer, I contacted the dealer and they confirmed they still have that particular car for sale. Dealer said the car was currently being repaired (drivers seat) and I was not able to come and test drive the car that day. The dealer said the drivers seat would be put back in the car the following day and it would be available to view the car and test drive it. I agreed to be there the following day, I text the salesman that I spoke to the previous day and told him I was on my way, it was a 3 hour drive each way so I wanted him to know I would be there and what time, the salesman responded and said ok I will see you then. I drove 2 hours and 45 minutes and I was 15 minutes from the dealership, the salesman called me and said sorry they just sold the car. I then spoke to the manager and he said there was nothing he could do. I told them I was 15 minutes away and you knew I was coming, I couldn't believe a dealership would do this knowing I was on my way there and what time I would be there, It didn't really bother me with that particular car being sold, it was more of me wasting 6 hours out of a day and being treated like that. Satified With Purchase of Non-BMW Vehicle I was having difficulties finding a vehicle over the weekend, yet made my first and happily last search stop at the BMW of Ann Arbor Saturday morning. I was having difficulties finding a vehicle over the weekend, yet made my first and happily last search stop at the BMW of Ann Arbor Saturday morning. I knew which car I wanted, and this dealership had it at a very fair price. With low miles, and a great touch up on the exterior and interior, I was happy to pay the price for my Honda CRV. The previous owner of my vehicle also left in the car weather guard protection pads for the floor surface in the vehicle, and that was a blessing in disguise. This is coming from the perspective of a SURE buyer: Outside of my purchase, the customer service was excellent. My sales representative, Justin Fagan, went above and beyond to ensure I obtained and drove off with the vehicle of my choosing. I had a Zipcar rental that was on a time period for return, and Justin not only escorted me in returning my rental, but also brought me back to the dealership to complete my purchase. With refreshments to keep me at bay, and a full tank of gas in my new CRV, I have no regrets with my pre-owned automobile. If I ever need a new vehicle in the future, the BMW of Ann arbor is for sure on my list of places to visit. More
