Back Chrysler dealership went above and beyond to have my vehicle serviced. The communication was superb as was the work performed on the vehicle. I would wholly recommend this service center and dealership vehicle serviced. The communication was superb as was the work performed on the vehicle. I would wholly recommend this service center and dealership to anyone as a good one, and trustworthy. They work with the customer to have the vehicle serviced for what is deemed necessary so that it’s in good working order. I appreciate what all the staff and management do to make their customers satisfied. More

Hello, my wife and I have been coming there for years and have always received stellar service. I can say for the majority of the time Justin has been my service rep. This last time I called i was trying to have always received stellar service. I can say for the majority of the time Justin has been my service rep. This last time I called i was trying to explain to whoever took the call ( I wish I could remember their name.) was the problem with my truck was. It wasn’t as smooth an appointment as usual. I believe that after Justin stepped in and handled the appointment ( not his job anymore) things got handled. I realize we are probably in the minority of customers that have that Max warranty, but the person on the phone seemed uninterested. I know you just promoted Justin, we’ll GIVE HIM ANOTHER RAISE. He has always treated us as VIP customers and in our opinion is the shining light of your company. Thanks for your time. James and Karla Barefoot. More

Service was good. However, their pricing policies seem to be out of line with ALL other service centers I know of. They charge a $150.00 diagnostic fee but they don't However, their pricing policies seem to be out of line with ALL other service centers I know of. They charge a $150.00 diagnostic fee but they don't apply that to the cost of the repair. In effect, I ended up paying $270.00 for labor to install two batteries. I will never use them again and will warn everyone I know about this practice. More
