Bill Parente has been my salesperson for the 4 vehicles I have leased/purchased in the last 7 or so yrs. The vehicle we have now is a 2019 Santa Fe. Bill is extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous have leased/purchased in the last 7 or so yrs. The vehicle we have now is a 2019 Santa Fe. Bill is extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, an all around nice guy to work with. In fact your entire staff are the same way. Your showroom, ladies room, coffee area are always kept clean. There is no mess at Hyundai NPR. I would highly recommend you for sales & service. I give you a 200% satisfaction rating. More

John little & Andrew, r Excellent management? Great service The service is spectacular? The only complaint I have is with my Hyundai accent 2012! I bought it a year old but brand new from the same dealership? I’ve had many blowouts , on my right/ front tire? I was covered in the past, under tire warranty? It is still doing it? But now, I have to pay, for the replacement tires! There’s something wrong, with the vehicle , That it keeps blowing out, on that R/ wheel, while I’m driving? I go slow & it makes no sense? I am handicapped & it scares me ??! I’ve been towed 2 ur dealership, x3-4 times, that r ; all 4 , a blowout, on this right/ front tire? Even when I just bought the car & it was very new?! More

Not a good experience this time Went to in for a new tire and as I was getting a cup of coffee 15 minutes into it they told me my battery was completely dead never had a problem , my Went to in for a new tire and as I was getting a cup of coffee 15 minutes into it they told me my battery was completely dead never had a problem , my battery was only two years old, had to get my car jumped when I left no signs of a dead battery before I got there.
