Knowledgeable sales representatives and team members about their products. Scammers and liars though. I was negotiating with them and another dealership at the same time. The other dealership had the lo about their products. Scammers and liars though. I was negotiating with them and another dealership at the same time. The other dealership had the lower option and when I showed them that number/email the sales manager, Mike Santone, said he wasn’t going to waste my time with the back and forth and that he would match that number. I said deal, he looked me in the eye said deal and shook my hand. When the paperwork was drawn up that was not the case, by about $6,000 more than the handshake. To me a handshake means something. I will never do business nor recommend business with a liar. More
