Walker Ford Service is terrible The service station at this dealership is awful. I am first time buyer of Ford Escape and under warranty still and the 3 times already I have had to The service station at this dealership is awful. I am first time buyer of Ford Escape and under warranty still and the 3 times already I have had to get service has been very poor. Culminating today in showing up early for a 10 am appointment and THEY COMPLETELY FORGOT ABOUT MY VEHICLE . I waited four hours before they got to me. I had to ask for a manager because the service representative assigned to me was barely any help. Shop Foreman Justin Boczar was a waste of time and all he could offer me was his business card to call him for "better service" next time. WHAT? Awful service. More
