James Hensley and Gracie were amazing to work with and made the experience as fun and stress free as possible. I had a purchasing adventure here, and I do love the new car. I had difficulties with getting my finance questions answered, after the purchase. The numbers just didn't work the way I expected them to be. A car. I had difficulties with getting my finance questions answered, after the purchase. And if I can find a way to edit the original post done on Oct 30 2024, well I would! Got a call back and a set time for meeting. Finance Director- Justin Bateman went line by line, he worked it out to clarify and resolve my problems. Above and beyond what I was dreading for sure. Now I truly can enjoy my car purchase, and feel good about it. I'm an older female customer, and his patience and interest made all the difference. If needed I'll return purchase here for sure.
