Service Called and scheduled an appointment to have my Honda Civic serviced. No problems getting an appointment. Relayed all that I required to be serviced, and had recommended servicing performed also. Dealership was ready to provide transportation...but I had already arranged transportation. Automobile was ready when promised. Free car wash was greatly appreciated. More

Good service & reasonable prices I never expected to use or trust service from an auto dealer. But I started going to Honda Windward when my car was under warranty and have continued I never expected to use or trust service from an auto dealer. But I started going to Honda Windward when my car was under warranty and have continued to go there since, and I have had excellent experiences with them. Their basic annual maintenance service fee is less than my old trusty mechanic’s. And you always get a coupon for a free car wash. More

stalled car repaired immediately On my way back to work, dashboard lit up with 3 yellow symbols - stalled car towed to Honda Windward while I took husband's car to work. Super concer On my way back to work, dashboard lit up with 3 yellow symbols - stalled car towed to Honda Windward while I took husband's car to work. Super concerned about whether or not they would be able to squeeze in my car unannounced, if they would be able to repair, and how expensive it would be. Justin contacted me right away, advised that they would be able to address by end of day, and kept me posted once they determined the problem. Assured me that it was something rather minor and the cost to fix reasonable. Picked car up after work good as new. thank you Honda Windward for your usual efficient, friendly service! More
