I have been waiting for 2 months for a new functioning entertainment system. I asked for someone to contact the vendor and give me some answers as to when I should expect to have the system replaced. I got the don't call us we'll call you reply. I did not receive any indication that someone thought me having to drive around with a partially functioning entertainment system after paying for a fully functioning vehicle 8 months ago, was a real problem for the service department. I am not trying to be mean or ugly but I feel like they should have honored my request and elevated this until someone who cares got a reasonable answer. This is not a sales issue Hermon was great. Jushon was polite and courteous. I received a $8,700.00 quote for several repairs. When I selected 2 repairs I could afford, spark plug replacement and cracked hose @ $962.00, Jushon I received a $8,700.00 quote for several repairs. When I selected 2 repairs I could afford, spark plug replacement and cracked hose @ $962.00, Jushon DID NOT explain I would be charged labor TWICE to remove a part to replace spark plugs and remove the same part when I replaced my oil hosing at a later date. Someone outside of the dealership explained I would pay labor twice to remove the part for both repairs at different times! They suggested I wait and replace spark plugs when I replace the oil housing to SAVE ME MONEY. I called the dealership immediately to stop the spark plug change. Of course I could not speak to Jushon "he was busy" they would "send him an email." I hung up and drove to the dealership. The plugs were already changed. Before the repairs, I asked Jushon to explain a note on my quote sheet about adding labor to spark plug change if oil housing was not replaced. This was a perfect opportunity for Jushon to explain about the part removal and waiting until I changed the oil housing to change the spark plugs. All he said, "I need to add labor back in since you are waiting on replacing the oil housing." I would have preferred Jushon give me a cost saving solution. I could have repaired several things on my vehicle versus 2 things for 962.00! The spark plug change was $480.00. More
