Started out well, and issues came up with regards to they only had one fob for the Nissan frontier the description on the paperwork was wrong and it would cost me additional money to get a fob for the N they only had one fob for the Nissan frontier the description on the paperwork was wrong and it would cost me additional money to get a fob for the Nissan set up an appointment we went and were told that the person was there but left do not think I would recommend that Dealership as I indicated it started off well to relay the situation for this review. I leave this as it is. I need to find another Nissan dealer to service the vehicle. More

Service failed to put the correct oil in my car and then insisted it was the correct oil, i had the service manual with me and no where on the manual does it say 0-20 oil goes in an 07 Volvo, it takes minim insisted it was the correct oil, i had the service manual with me and no where on the manual does it say 0-20 oil goes in an 07 Volvo, it takes minimum 0-30 and that’s for when you live in the north pole. It’s approaching winter and they are killing my engine with this oil that is too thin, it does not properly stick to the components causing excess wear to the engine because of the extra metal on metal contact. While I tried to resolve the issue and speak with the service manager he would not come out and speak to me, they also kept talking about this book which has every piece of info they need for oil changes but would not show me in the book what oil my car actually takes, the service manager kept telling one of the service advisors what to say instead of talking to me directly, coward. Then the service advisor i was talking with insisted that the 0-20 oil in the car was synthetic after they had originally told me it was conventional, they asked what oil i wanted in the car and i said 5-30, and he looks at me and goes “so you wanted full synthetic?” No i don’t i just want 5-30 oil in the car. So you don’t stock conventional 5-30 oil? And you guys call yourselves a dealership with service quality awards so act like it. So you guys claim to do oil changes on all models but then fail to do any of them correctly, and then lie to customers because you want to be cheap. Definitely deserve those awards i guess. More
