They’re Lucky I was desperate for a car. I was here for 4 hours. Come in 11 am, test drive what I want, and am immediately told I won’t be approved f
They’re Lucky I was desperate for a car. I was here for 4 hours. Come in 11 am, test drive what I want, and am immediately told I won’t be approved for the loan, but I would be approved for a loan twice as much. I wait 2.5 hours while junior disappears. He comes back at 2:30, i tell him firmly I’m not interested, and magically I am approved less than 10min later. 3 weeks later, I get a call that Junior missed something on my paperwork. Make an appointment to fix his mistake ON MY FREETIME for 1pm, & was told paperwork will be ready for me. I arrive at 1… 1:40, no one comes. A man who came in 5 minutes after me was helped immediately though. Not a surprise as a young woman in a car dealership, but still disappointing. I kindly tell front desk guy I can’t wait more than 15 and he wouldn’t even look at me. No respect. 2 days later & I still haven’t heard a word about this paperwork. Disorganized, and wildly disrespectful of customer time.

Thank you for the response— I left a voicemail at this number regarding the situation. It wasn’t until yesterday I was informed that the issue with paperwork is keeping my loan from being finalized. This was not mentioned over the phone before coming in nor when I was onsite to sign it (junior came to greet me within 5 minutes of being there and did not tell me this either). Seeing as I am driving the car I got from here & the loan hasn’t been pushed through, I would like to speak to someone regarding this to get more information. Please give me a call when you have time. thanks
Junior was amazing.
He was knowledgeable and efficient. The atmosphere is very laid back. This is my 2nd purchase with Echo Park and we will be back.
