Salesman was working with another person at the same time while 20 other sales people just stood around doing nothing. Took over 5 hrs after I agreed on price. Had to tell salesman 4 different times i didnt while 20 other sales people just stood around doing nothing. Took over 5 hrs after I agreed on price. Had to tell salesman 4 different times i didnt want the extra crap they were trying to sell me. No drinks or anything available in lobby while i sat there for over an hr sometimes with nobody coming to talk to me. Should have got up and left but they had the keys to my car so I was a hostage. Incredibly frustrating experience all around. Salesman tossed seemed annoyed that I wouldnt buy his extra crap and I honestly felt like he was making me wait around to punish me for it. Laughably bad customer service. Horrible experience all around. More
