What makes a good dealer is the service department, I called yesterday for engine error, they asked me when I can bring the car, my answer tomorrow, I was at the dealer at 7am today, I was greeted with called yesterday for engine error, they asked me when I can bring the car, my answer tomorrow, I was at the dealer at 7am today, I was greeted with my service adviser Bryson , I felt like I am the only customer, Vern the tech came in to ask me if I want him to take care other problems, Vern has been working on all my Jaguars since the 1994, he is wow the best, by 8:30 the problem solved, Aya the service director came to talk to me if I am happy with the service, wow wow they are the best of the best thank you all.
