I am writing to express my concern regarding the ongoing issues with my vehicle which has brought to your service department on multiple occasion . Despite significant time and financial investment, the pro issues with my vehicle which has brought to your service department on multiple occasion . Despite significant time and financial investment, the problem remained unresolved. On December 23 brought my car to your service department because the engine light has turned on after an inspection I was provided win an estimate of 4500 to fix the issue the repairs were completed in three days and I paid $3400 for the service. however on my way home the engine light turned on again I immediately contacted my service advisor Julio and Alex and bought the car back the next day after the second visit the car appears to be fixed. unfortunately after driving the car for about a week the engine light turned on again. I scheduled another appointment to address this recurring issue. I drop off the car on Friday afternoon as agreed but I did not receive any update from your team until personally visited the dealership on Monday afternoon. Despite leaving several messages, no one returned my calls and I was informed that my car had not even been inspected due to how busy the team Was. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the repeated failure to resolve the engine light issue. I have paid a considerable amount of money for repairs, yet my car continues to have the same problem. To resolve this matter I kindly request the following: 1-A thorough diagnose and permanent resolution of the engine light issue at no additional cost. 2-Regular updates on the status of my car while it is in your care. 3- An explanation of the previous repair and why the problem persists If this issue is not resolved promptly, I may have no choice but to escalate this matter further including contacting corporate customer service filing a complaint with a better Bureau, or seeking legal advice. An oil change shouldn't take all day. I had registered with Melissa. I was told she wasn't there upon arrival at 8:40. Alex was the one who registered me, not Julio. If I didn't call at 3 I had registered with Melissa. I was told she wasn't there upon arrival at 8:40. Alex was the one who registered me, not Julio. If I didn't call at 3pm, my car would still be there. I asked the front desk to send my Uber and she refused saying Julio had to do it. Julio called about 15 minutes later saying they were waiting for a response to an email they sent, which I hadn't seen. This wouldn't happen with Melissa because she would've called to get my response instead of waiting for an email reply. More
