The Sales Manager again was spot on with the offer and NO PRESSURE. Finally, our experience with Ashley (Finance) the paper work was a breeze and she was VERY pleasant and extremely organized. Might I add that the cashier was also very upbeat and a pleasure to deal with. My 2009 dodge ram needed, service. Mainly, a state inspection. Failed, for many, items, such as wheel barring, tie rod end, and windshield wipers, to name just a few of them. It took a few visits to get it all "in writing". We (Sean) attended to all the items (issues) regarding state inspection and then he worked with me on the other many concerns and repairs I had and wanted to have done. This 2009 Dodge Ram, my late dad`s old truck from Florida I am "new" to. The truck is 14 years old, and I knew it was overdue for the "100,000 service the truck needed done. And I wanted to get them all done in one stop. Sean O`day listened to my request VERY good and very closely, for example, Sean O`day called me about the spark plugs I wanted to change out. Sean O`day informed me that there were 16 spark plugs in the truck. Sean O`day said it would cost a little more and that the operator (mechanic) had only a couple more to install, I said "keep going". Sean O`day was my hero on the repairs to my 2009 Dodge ram. This was my first visit to Contemporary Chrysler Dodge Jeep. At first, we are all strangers to each other. In the end, we Understand how important it is to be very happy and pleased that we "get it all done right" And completely. My reason to visit Contemporary Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Milford NH for my first state inspection was because I got my first appointment for June 14,2023. The other "Dodge dealership in Keene, NH would have been on June 26,2023. I also want to give praise for the service manager Paul Ordemann. He got my parts ordered for me and the parts came in on Saturday June 24, 2023, as promised. Thank you, Paul Ordemann. And thank you Sean O`day for excellent service. On a recent visit to the dealership we were able to resolve the oil consumption recall issue on my FIAT and the service manager and service personnel were very pro-active in assisting with a loaner veh resolve the oil consumption recall issue on my FIAT and the service manager and service personnel were very pro-active in assisting with a loaner vehicle, despite the loss of power in the building due to a snowstorm. Sales rep that we worked with was great (Julio Rincon). We visited the dealership on a Sunday for the purchase of a vehicle, found the one we wanted and put a deposit down so we can work with our bank for We visited the dealership on a Sunday for the purchase of a vehicle, found the one we wanted and put a deposit down so we can work with our bank for the final financing. A Purchase and Sale was prepared and signed by myself and the Sales Manager ( Keith). Within the document a final amount was provided that was to be paid at pickup, as such we operated under the presumption that this would be the final value. We return the next day to complete the transaction, and we were alerted that there was a calculation error on the original P&S and that the money still required was approximately $4300 more in addition. The Dealership was unable to honor the original P&S, even though it was signed by the sales manager. Totally disturbing that they are not able to honor a document that was signed by all parties involved. The immediate Sales Rep and the finance Rep were great and would recommend. My family has been going to this dealership for over 23 years, I purchased my first New vehicle from them, but after this experience My family and I will no longer be utilizing this dealership based on the unethical actions by the Sales Manger. I will also be recommending that everybody who is looking for a Chrysler based vehicle go to another dealership after this. More
