My fuel door cover wouldn’t open and I only had 50 miles range. I was in a jam and the dealership took advantage. My car was there three days, since the part wasn’t ordered timely. On day 2, I requested range. I was in a jam and the dealership took advantage. My car was there three days, since the part wasn’t ordered timely. On day 2, I requested a loaner, but Brian Fudunberg said he couldn’t help me there. The dealership charged me $650, which included $275 for the part. I found the same part on google for $175 (OEM - Infiniti USA). Also, the dealership did an inspection and recommended items that were recently serviced (e.g., spark plugs). The service writer didn’t do a good job keeping me appraised of status and didn’t return my phone calls. Overall, nothing good about the experience. I won’t be back to Infiniti of Thousand Oaks! More
