My first visit What is the very first visit I’ve ever had to experience Just there was a car attached to a warranty and my experience wasn’t that great, but after having the opportunity to share my experienc to experience Just there was a car attached to a warranty and my experience wasn’t that great, but after having the opportunity to share my experience with Julio manager invited me back in to another service on my car and truly made me feel heard appreciated as a client and from that invitation I feel I made a choice that I will appreciate forward. I only need a maintenance in my current automobile, but more than likely purchase my next and actually I’m looking very forward to being able to visit the facility again just not too soon. that means my car is broken and I don’t want my car to break. lol More

We took a white ford work truck in on a Friday with appointment midday. We were aware that the same day review on a Friday was sort of pushing so we were waiting to hear back on the truck status on Mon appointment midday. We were aware that the same day review on a Friday was sort of pushing so we were waiting to hear back on the truck status on Monday. We did not, and after that every day we would get the same response from April that they were working on it and were a little behind. It was not until after a week that we got Julio the service manager involved and he was finally able to provide details an we saw an actual diagnosis thanks to him and Frank. Overall Julio and Frank made the experience better thank you and they are truly amazing More
