Sarah is awesome and the service team have always carried out exemplary work. Even if you buy your Ferrari elsewhere, you won't go wrong getting it serviced and fixed here. The experience of buying a car was not good however, almost as if cars sell themselves in Silicon Valley so investing time communicating with customers is not needed. Flew in from out of town to pick up my new car and nobody was there to greet me, the car was hidden and not cleaned, and the clear wrap was peeling. All of that after being sent the wrong bill and then given the contract for another car to sign which meant I was not insured as they gave me the wrong vin. More

Walking into this, I expected the usual run-of-the-mill car buying experience, but what I got was something extraordinary. From the first moment I connected with Julia, it was clear I was in good hands. Sh car buying experience, but what I got was something extraordinary. From the first moment I connected with Julia, it was clear I was in good hands. She wasn’t just fast and responsive—she was a master of her craft. Every question I had was met with detailed, thoughtful answers, and she made the whole process smooth and easy. Julia closed the deal through text messages alone, which is practically unheard of. Her efficiency and professionalism were truly impressive, making the entire experience feel personalized and stress-free. When I arrived, Keith was ready to help me with the test drive and paperwork. He made the process seamless, and his easygoing nature turned what could have been a tedious chore into a pleasant experience. Keith was the kind of person who made you feel comfortable and confident in your decisions. Frank, the manager, was nothing short of wonderful. While I waited for the wire transfer to clear, he went out of his way to entertain me with stories from his good old days in New Jersey. His warmth and humor made the hours pass quickly. And in a gesture that was both kind and unexpected, he offered me a car to take me to lunch while I waited—an act of generosity that’s rare in any business. The dealership’s inventory was also a sight to behold. Even though I was there to buy a used BMW, I was captivated by their collection of Ferraris. The sheer beauty and power of those machines had me dreaming of the day I could come back and drive away in one of those Italian masterpieces. The reception staff deserves special mention for their hospitality. During my wait, they kept me energized with four double espressos, made to perfection by an espresso machine that could have been crafted by Italian artisans. And as if that wasn’t enough, I discovered an Italian biscotti in the glove box of my new car—almost as satisfying as finding a bottle of Wild Turkey. In the end, I was so thrilled with my new BMW that I drove it 300 miles nonstop to Los Angeles. It was a drive that I’ll remember for a long time, thanks to the incredible people at the dealership who made the whole experience unforgettable. If this is how they treat someone buying a used BMW, I can only imagine the red-carpet treatment when I return for a Ferrari one day. More

Julija was the best sales I have ever had over years of purchasing vehicles. She was very meticulous and detail oriented. I had some sales before that will only do things when I asked, Julija was the opp purchasing vehicles. She was very meticulous and detail oriented. I had some sales before that will only do things when I asked, Julija was the opposite. When I was inquiring about the vehicle, she also sent me photos of the books and keys and original window sticker without me asking. She was very self-motivated and knew what information will be useful for the customers. When I requested the inspection report, she sent it to me in a very timely matter. On the day of purchase, when I got there when the dealership just opened, the car was already washed and waiting in the parking lot, ready to be test driven. Everything throughout this experience has been a very pleasant one. Kris, the finance manager, was very helpful also, very patient. Julija was very easy to talk to, funny, very chill, have a lot of interesting stories, and I do low key miss her. If you are shopping for a vehicle there, I will highly recommend Julija, your experience will be a very pleasant one too. More
