Best car purchasing experience ever! I located a vehicle of interest on KBB sending my contact info to the dealership. I was contacted via email stating I would be contacted shortly. With I located a vehicle of interest on KBB sending my contact info to the dealership. I was contacted via email stating I would be contacted shortly. Within 30 minutes Julie called and set an appointment as I was leaving a competitive dealership. I was told the used vehicle was on display in the lot and had to be moved. When I arrived it was sitting right out front eliminating walking around the lot. Julie Ramirez was waiting, saw me drive in and was at my door by the time I placed my truck in park. We chatted for a moment then went for a test drive. After returning to the dealership Julie help negotiate a satisfactory deal to each of us then introduced Brian who completed the financial deal. Very pleasant, no pressure and within a short period of time I was driving home. Thank you Julie! More
