They both had smiles on their faces when they noticed I arrived and greeted me warmly, ready to assist. One small hiccup was a mixup in the loan rate offered to me. It was raised to higher than originally offered very slightly. This was resolved luckily but wanted to mention this in case others have experienced the same thing.
