It was an ok experience. They did help me get out of a messy situation. However, I feel like I was pressured into leasing an EV. Was lied to about getting free charging at Ch They did help me get out of a messy situation. However, I feel like I was pressured into leasing an EV. Was lied to about getting free charging at ChargePoint centers. Turns out that promotion for $400 in free charging ended in July. Was lied to about how it only takes 10-15 minutes to charge from 10% to 80%. It takes at least 45 minutes at minimum. I tried to reach out to ask if I’m doing something wrong with charging and nobody has called or texted me back. More

I had a genuinely good experience at Phil Long Hyundai. Alec was also great to work with; he kept things low-pressure and actually paid attention to what I was looking for. And Julianna helped make the whole process smooth and easy to follow, which I definitely appreciated. Everyone I talked to was friendly, straightforward, and made the whole thing a lot less stressful than car buying usually feels. I’m really happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend checking them out. More
