Salesman Pancho was amazing to deal with. Since then, the service department has been a complete disappointment. I schedule an oil change not once but twice and both occasions I was there 3+ Since then, the service department has been a complete disappointment. I schedule an oil change not once but twice and both occasions I was there 3+ hours. There's no communication. Currently my truck is in service dept ONLY because it's under warranty. They lost my truck to start off and are trying to overcharge me by trying to add extra stuff. They're absolutely horrible. Do not recommend More
