I was very disappointed how pushy they were to get me to sign a contract that was sent to me by email! The total was $10,000 more than what we agreed on! The miles in the car were 1900 MOR3 than what was sign a contract that was sent to me by email! The total was $10,000 more than what we agreed on! The miles in the car were 1900 MOR3 than what was on the original contract! They were determined to sell me an extended warranty, on the car,windshield & tires! I said NO & turned the discussion over to my son! I was overwhelmed & couldn’t do it any longer! They wouldn’t call us back for 3 days! When they finally called my son they were again insisting on us buying extended warranty! My son did a lot of research in the meantime and found out it was NOT necessary to have extended warranty & in fact they are strictly money makers for the salesman & women! My son & the salesman finally came to agreement on the original amount and they had to pay me for the extra miles that were put on the car! I love my 2026 Genesis just wish it wasn’t such a hassle to buy a car! More

I got just the car I wanted at a great price. Julian helped me in so many ways to understand the car features. He even met me at the collision center to get my personal items out of my old car. My GV70 is a dream to drive and I love the interior and exterior colors - white. Looks so cool with the blue/green ambient light. Dealership has a gorgeous Ladies room. More
