So my wife found this dealership and felt we were in good hands. She spoke to a sales rep named Brandon Brown because I was trying to help my son get into a newer car. We submitted credit and that's when the hands. She spoke to a sales rep named Brandon Brown because I was trying to help my son get into a newer car. We submitted credit and that's when the communication went dead. Before she was in communication with their finance managers actually two of them and that made me feel better because I am busy at work and my son works 12 hour shifts so we wanted to see if they were a good fit for our needs. After credit was submitted the rep was not telling us the correct details going back and forth on the deals structure. Then when we wanted finance to explain things they said finance manager left at 4.. must be nice when people need you after 4. Then some lady speaks with my wife acting like she was a manager and when you read her email signature she was a customer service rep. She then said she would communicate with us in the morning and nothing her name is Julia Lendzion. On top of that Brandon stopped communicating with my wife and when we asked to speak to finance now they are all busy. He has his manager Kelly Henderson to reach my wife and this is where things get nasty. She calls and tells her she doesn't have time to talk to her because she is busy with in person deals and she saw my wife wasn't on the loan nor did they run her credit so when she does call her back she needs my son there to give consent. What! She made her feel so bad when we are trying to give them business. I expressed all of this to Brandon and emailed him personally and guess what! He never responded. This dealership has very bad communication skills rather you are shopping online or in person why treat anyone this way? I am going to blast this review on all websites. My son and I are left confused and still in need of a car and this is why you guys should stay away. More
