Felipe, Brandon, and Justin were all terrific. We couldn't be happier with our experience at Colonial CJDR. They were able to work with us and adapt to our needs. They were patient when we had to bring our toddler with us and when there was a paperwork issue, Justin drove to us to finish the transaction. We love the Jeep Gladiator and can't say enough good things about the people we worked with. More

The whole buying experience was terrible, there was no communication after we put the deposit . I asked for a copy of my invoice never received it, the day of delivery after two weeks back and fourth they communication after we put the deposit . I asked for a copy of my invoice never received it, the day of delivery after two weeks back and fourth they never contacted my insurance company to add the vehicle to policy . I had to do it myself after they were already enroute to my to meet me at dmv . When we got to dmv they had the tax rate incorrect so I had to pay the sales tax to ny myself after I paid them which I still haven’t been reimbursed for . The whole experience was very frustrating and disappointing. I would never do business with them again More
