Way overpriced, and lied to! I went to this dealer to get an oil change. I had purchased my Volt certified used from another Chevy dealer, and this was my first oil change. I was I went to this dealer to get an oil change. I had purchased my Volt certified used from another Chevy dealer, and this was my first oil change. I was quoted 49 dollars and some change. I had tried to change the oil the night before, but found that the oil plug bolt was stripped. I set a notification to call me if it costed any more than the quoted price. As expected, they called and let me know that the price was going to be 51 dollars and some change. I specifically asked, is that the total or just for the plug? They said it was the total, so I said go ahead. When I arrived they told me the total was 109 dollars. I questioned it and they told me something completely different than they told me over the phone. Putting aside that it costs around 18 to 20 dollars for the 4 quarts of oil and filter required for a Chevy Volt, and they charge at least 30 in labor... They charged me 22 for a 13 dollar plug and another 30 dollars in labor! To swap out an oil plug! Never again. More
