The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because you have to call to let them know you need a loaner car instead of them being able to put you in on The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because you have to call to let them know you need a loaner car instead of them being able to put you in one when you get to the dealer to drop your car off for service . There needs to be an option online to select loaner so customers don’t have to call in to request this. More
