Judy Tweedy is beyond a doubt the best service representative I have ever worked with. Professional, knowledgeable, polite and extremely willing to assist me with my special needs. It took 4 calls, each time getting a different service rep. before my contact with Judy. Only she was able to assist me and make this a better experience. Service was great, and priced very reasonable (for this person on a fixed income). Coupons all applied and helped so much! Judy was our liason and she took care of everything including getting us a ride person on a fixed income). Coupons all applied and helped so much! Judy was our liason and she took care of everything including getting us a ride to our breakfast restaurant and then she sent another transport to pick us up with we let her know we were done. Once back at the Honda dealership she took care of us, let us know when the car was finished - which was all of ten minutes into our return to the dealer. Judy was so personable and attentive - very impressive to be taken care of so fully. She answered our questions and was NOT looking at her watch like so many do when they are in a hurry. We felt loved! So; we will be back again and hope to have just as fine a Service and with Judy! Thank you. More

The only reason I am not giving Judy 5 stars is due to the fact 1) I made an appt for 7 AM, 2) I dropped the car off before 7 AM, 3) the day before I was told that the service would take around 4 hours, w the fact 1) I made an appt for 7 AM, 2) I dropped the car off before 7 AM, 3) the day before I was told that the service would take around 4 hours, which is what I planned on, 4) after 4 1/2 hours of not receiving any communication, I had to send a text asking status, 5) my car was not ready until after 3:30 PM. I work, so all I ask is to be informed of the status so I know what my next steps need to be. More

Judy was tasked with providing duplicate key fob. She saw that the duplicate was ordered, and contacted me when it was in. She promptly scheduled an appointment to program Driver 1 and Driver 2.
