I’ve had Honda , ford but man Nissan is the way! Especially getting your maintenance done at brockton Nissan 24!!! I have had it with this dealership! I bought a Nissan, Altima 2015, in February 2016. This car is 4 years old. I had a breakdown with the car less than a year ago and transmission broke down. Both the dealership and corporate office gave me a difficult time and stress regarding this matter. Until they finally agreed to pay a portion as “due deligence”. A few months ago I brought my car back into the dealership and was presented with the fact that the car had a computer issue and needed a new system, which cost some money to replace. Just now recently, the car gets brought back in to the dealership and they diagnose it with a transmission problem (less than a year later). The dealership reports for me to call and file a claim with corporate and so I did. The car was left at the dealership for about a week, with no offer of a rental. Playing phone tag with the corporate manager to give me a call back was about six days. I finally spoke to the corporate manager today, who reports that due to the last transmission courtesy they are not willing to pay for the transmission due to the fact that it’s been 12 months and out of warranty. It has not been 12 months, and I don’t care if it’s out of warranty! So who oversees the parts that the dealership puts in?! Your telling me that a car that just had a new transmission put in less than a year ago, needs a new transmission? That is absolutely ridiculous. I asked to speak to the corporate manger’s supervisor and he apparently is the top person to speak to. His direction was that unfortunately he doesn’t specialize in the labor of the job. But that they rely on the dealership to do the job correctly. What if the dealership didn’t do the job correctly? “Unfortunately due to out of warranty nothing they can do, and that I should contact the dealership”. Terrible, terrible dealership and customer service!!!! I’ve had a recall on this xxxxty car since the week I bought it 2016. Since the corporate and dealership have failed me for the third time, I will make my voice heard. More

Great car leasing experience I’ve been buying, leasing and servicing my vehicles (Nissan Pathfinders, Altimas and Jeep’s) for years and have had a great experience! Specifically I’ve been buying, leasing and servicing my vehicles (Nissan Pathfinders, Altimas and Jeep’s) for years and have had a great experience! Specifically have worked with Angel Cruz in sales and Jude in services. They have always been helpful in guiding through the process and have never felt pressured. I would highly recommend Nissan 24 for anyone looking to buy, lease or service a car! More

Returning a Lease and a new car purchase I have leased 3 Nissan vehicles at Nissan 24 over a 9 year period. I decided to buy a new Rogue at this time, sales, service and management have alway I have leased 3 Nissan vehicles at Nissan 24 over a 9 year period. I decided to buy a new Rogue at this time, sales, service and management have always been excellent to deal with. they do not try to sell me something I did not want or a higher monthly payment. I will return to Nissan 24 when ready for my next new vehicle. thank you all at Nissan 24 More

Warranty work I recently moved to brockton ma and since arriving I've found my new nissan dealer, just had the pleasure of meeting this nice young man named jude t I recently moved to brockton ma and since arriving I've found my new nissan dealer, just had the pleasure of meeting this nice young man named jude that was super helpful with my concerns, he assured me that everything would be taken care of. It's a plus to have a rental department on site! More
