On Monday September 18, 2023 I drop my car at Pearson Mazda because sunroof on my car couldn't close. They take car and said they call when done. Monday afternoon they called and said issue is harder and Mazda because sunroof on my car couldn't close. They take car and said they call when done. Monday afternoon they called and said issue is harder and they'll call tomorrow. Today, Tuesday September 19, 2023 they call me to take the car. I came and find the car in the same state, with open sunroof and bill of $167.86. When I asked what is going on they said they can not repair this, but I have to pay for diagnostic, they don't work for free. They won't give me car key until I pay. So, I pay and get my car unrepaired but with $167.86 less in the pocket. This is a pure fraud / robbery.and I'll file appropriate complaints. More
