Don't waste your time. I've been a customer for 4 years. I recently had some service done and my vehicle was damaged. The service manager Mike was kind enough to write it in I've been a customer for 4 years. I recently had some service done and my vehicle was damaged. The service manager Mike was kind enough to write it into the ticket to say it was damaged. Unfortunately, I won't be returning anytime soon. Every time I do business with them there is a problme. Bought a new car, and the warranty salesmen tried to slip in a "Rim Protection" package. That was a real insult. Had service for a recall done and they told me I'd need a rental car. Got the rental car and within seconds, they called saying the service was done! What a waste of my time. I believe this dalership has some real problems that no one is willing to see or deal with. You will be on the hook for their mistakes. Understand this, Woodfield Nissian just wants your money. Once they have it. You don't matter anymore. FIND A LOCAL MECHANIC YOU TRUST. Norwood Auto service is great, ask for Dave! You've been warned. Prepair for trouble if your going to Woodfield Nissian!!! More
