I had my Toyota Camry serviced there. It took more than three hours to get oil change for my car. I was told on the phone while booking the appointment that it would take between one hou It took more than three hours to get oil change for my car. I was told on the phone while booking the appointment that it would take between one hour and one and half hour. They say they honor other Toyota dealer service department coupons or discounts. When I showed the outside dealer service coupon for oil change to get better price for oil change, they were not happy at all. I am hoping they did the oil change. The final price was for oil change was almost in the middle between their price and the outside dealer price in the coupon. So, they really did not honor the outside service dealer coupon. My interaction was so negative, I am now doubting whether they really did the oil change or they just did the paperwork without actually performing oil change. More

Dealership lacks a clearly designated parking area for visitors/shoppers. An additional charge was levied, but the service advisor was unable to explain it, as there is no waste disposal involved in the service performed. I would have like an explainatiin of what was done before taking my credit card.. I also asked for the dashboard messaging to be updated that didn’t happen .. and all my seat adjustments and steering wheel w taking my credit card.. I have found the staff to be friendly and they did offer and shuttle me back and forth to work. All in all I was pleased with my service not sure which Juan took care of me! More
