I agree with a previous bad review, Emerson is one of the worst salesmen I've ever encountered. I drove 3 cars, 2 were used and I requested them. The 3rd car was new to me . The 2025 Mazda Hybrid. . Eme the worst salesmen I've ever encountered. I drove 3 cars, 2 were used and I requested them. The 3rd car was new to me . The 2025 Mazda Hybrid. . Emerson gave me the most expensive model and never even told me that there were 2 other cheaper models!.These cars are Brand new and different in 2025 and he didn't explain that several models,were cheaper. No, I was only told about the most expensive model and only learned about the cheaper ones when I came home and researched.. I asked him about a lease offer that I saw on-line and he refused to discuss the $299 per month w/ 6k down. Instead he told me that it would be $600 close to $700 per month with extra expenses tacked on. He said he wouldn't feel comfortable giving me the print out of lease agreement I saw online and briefly as he scrolled passed it on his computer. Why not? Because he inflated the price verbally to me. When I told him I wasn't going to buy the car today because I was too tired to make a decision his entire attitude changed. In fact he walked in office to get Juan to take pics of my car but he never even came out to shake my hand , like a gentleman.and say goodbye. There is no excuse for these tactics, I may be a female that doesn't know about cars but I can see when someone is pressuring me to buy and all the facts have not been presented. Thank God i did not buy a car today because I would have been given the most expensive model and not given any choices. When a salesman violates the publics trust it reflects badly on the business and Coast Mazda in Port Richy just might get a reputation for these less than honest tactics. I know I can't trust them to give them my business. More
