The service department is the worst I have ever experienced. No manners and no communication with customers. I purchased a part for my Maserati Gracale since July 26, and promised delivery three (3 experienced. No manners and no communication with customers. I purchased a part for my Maserati Gracale since July 26, and promised delivery three (3) weeks later. It's now November 25, and not even a response email, or any communication. They take your money and you are on your own! More
